− No me gustó el trato del personal especialmente el de la tarde-noche una señora muy déspota, grosera y nada amable con los hispanos.
Was very convenient and with a little extra cleaning the stay would have been great.

− The carpets in the hallways were dirty and the bathroom floor had lots of hairs on it.

− Evidence of previous bed bug infestation on the mattress protector, peeling ceiling paint in bathroom, rust covering bathroom door frame, ripped carpet, unfinished paint job in bathroom, TV broken, ice machine broken. General state of disrepair.
