2.0Went with friends in June 2025 & gave a terrible review of the place. I had a reply today from the hotel saying thanks for your review, see you again soon. It was 13 months ago. !!!!!!! You just make the place a bigger laughing stock , unbelievable

− Room not very clean, rubbish left on floor, very dusty, cobwebs

− We have a fire evacuation at 4am. I understand that isn’t at fault to the hotel but poor management meant we were all stand outside for nearly 2 hours. Elderly didn’t have any blankets , new born babies, people with no shoes. Once established there was no fire it still took along time to allow us back in. We had one night away from our children to enjoy some well earned sleep and came away more exhausted than when we arrived.
When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of GBP 10 per dog per night or GBP 25 for 3 nights or longer applies.
