Appalling spa service

I purchased a couples valentines spa experience direct with the hotel back in February We never got round to use it as we have been extremely busy renovating our new house So this morning i thought id book us in for a bit of well earned relaxation Unfortunately the voucher expired last month ! I called the hotel and they asked if I’d purchased it through groupon or wowcher as I could of maybe got a date extension which I replied no I did it directly with yourselves, she replied point blank no they couldn’t do anything about it !! No offer of an extension (obviously I’d pay extra) absolutely no help at all! I thought purchasing directly from the hotel itself instead of from a third party would have been a better personal service ! Also my brother got married there and I specifically chose this hotel as I loved it ! Appalling service Forest of Arden,I am now £100 out of pocket!
