9.0The apartment we were in was very clean & tidy. It had everything you needed (apart from a hairdryer, which they advise you of the day before arrival). Situated in a lovely area of Telford & short Uber rides away to most attractions/shops. I would recommend Autumn Heights Apartments to anyone!

8.0The apartment was very clean, facilities were up to standard and I didn't have any issues at all. Very nice and comfortable place to stay. I strongly recommend this place for customers who prefer independent living.
− The bed is almost done it's time span and would suggest that the host replace it with a king-size bed for extra comfort. The housekeeping team started knocking on the door few minutes before check out time which was a bit intrusive to guests.

− Very disappointed with this, made the original booking for this, Few days before got cancelled due to maintenance ( cant help this), offered an alternative, which we accepted, 2 hours before we was due to arrive i had an email to say my booking has been cancelled, even though they offered me an alternative apartment. I called them straight away and they confirmed that my booking has been cancelled, but they remembered speaking to me mid-week and re-arranging, they offered to call booking.com to see what was happening and said he would call me back in 30 minuets, i started making my 2 hour journey to the apartment and whin an hour i still hadn't had a call, so tried 3 times to call them to see what was happening and surprise no once answered. In the end my friend who i had booked this lovely weekend for was very anxious and started to get upset as they have been going through a hard time and have a few issues and this was a little treat for them from me. I ended up pulling in to the services and looking for another place to stay as we had a spa day booked for the following day. Not happy at all with this service its shocking, spoilt our weekend.
Great for a short stay!
8.0Unfortunately this apartment needed maintenance so my booking was moved to the nearby Sapphire House Apartments instead. Although they are in an industrial estate, they were spacious, clean and the bathrooms were lovely. Good location out of the city centre so it was quiet for our newborn. Clear instructions to enter the building and apartment, WiFi and tv.
− The one bathroom smelled very strong but we used the en-suite instead.
Excellent accomodation

− Location is not bad but due to the heat during our particular stay we had to sleep with the windows open and there were lorries reversing and lots of machinery noise. Not the fault of the property but good to note if you're going in the warm weather
