− The flat showed notable signs of wear and tear. Could do with a little TLC. Unable to open any windows...luckily it was winter!

8.0The location is near to the Notting Hill movie location and Portobello Market and Restaurants in a walking distance. And also near to the Station Ladbroke Groove
