10.0We were evacuated because of the Aspen Acres fire. We were there 21 days! The staff was amazing in our most difficult time! Gabby at the front desk and Emma the housekeeper supervisor went out of there way to make us comfortable’

This place really needs a major update...it is extremely dirty.
1.0− It was filthy and only one of the lights in the bathroom worked...part of the time.

− My car was stolen. Management did not cooperate with the police when footage of parking lot. I lost a car and a full car of belongings. It was not until another vehicle was stolen the next night for them to cooperate with Pueblo police!
