− Parti comuni e vano scala PESSIMI, zone danneggiate nei gradini della scala rotti, rivestimenti lignei delle pareti scala pessimi e danneggiati, cumuli di intonaco deteriorato, sportelli vano contatore divelto, sporcizia diffusa.

− Klatka schodowa prowadząca do apartamentu bardzo zniszczona- schody rozpadające się, bardzo stromo i wąsko i bardzo brudno na klatce schodowej, narzuty na łóżkach bardzo nieestetyczne, nie dają poczucia czystkosci, już lepiej jakby ich nie było, na kołdrze w jadalni liczne plamy.
