10.0The lady at checkin was friendly and made me feel very welcome. The bed was comfy, pillows too, clean hotel, nice pressure in shower & sanitizer on tables for breakfast 10/10

− Ants in the bathroom, trash under the bed, poor lighting in the bathroom.
Not A Good Value and Disconceeting
1.0Location and price led us to book here but next time I will pay a little more and avoid Comfort Inns
− The bathroom sink stopper would not operate and the toilet seat was very loose. The room was poorly maintained. The television in the adjacent room played loudly until 4:00 am. Most unusual the clerk at check in asked for a credit card and drivers license then proceed to manually record all data on the card and driver’s license. The card was not scanned as one would expect. The room was booked and paid through Booking.Com. There could be no incidental charges, no incidentals offered by the hotel. Very unusual.
