1.0The property is completely run down and in need for complete renovation. The rooms are in bad shape and there is bad smell in the rooms. Very poor standard and not a value for money at all.

10.0I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Haven, Connecticut. It is truly one of the best places to stay. I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my time there. The staff were kind, welcoming, and professional, which made my stay even more pleasant. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
