10.0The view is amazing. You can just sit and watch people go by down below and then at night time the lights come on in the town. So pretty!
− Great location. Everything in Looe is in walking distance if you don’t mind a bit of a hill, beach is close by and shops, cafe’s pubs etc. Simon is an excellent host and makes a great breakfast. The room is clean and has everything you could need.

10.0The view from this clean and tidy room was truly exceptional. We came to town for a wedding, but we could have happily stayed reading our books on the balcony and enjoying the view of Looe! The host is kind and attentive at breakfast. The room was very clean and parking was easy. We loved it.
Overall very disappointing and no where near the 9.5 rating on booking.com

− Breakfast poor, room needed deep cleaning and updating and bathroom the same very dirty/poor.
Simon is an excellent host, with a laid back and relaxed attitude. Nothing is too much trouble.

− The main window had a fault in the glazing causing internal condensation. The carpets need cleaning.
