− Shower would go extremely hot when not expecting it, cushions on the bed had white stains/marks on them, carpets looked dirty
We were in Canberra to attend my sister's funeral. Did not need the stress encountered at Mercure.
3.0Moved to new room
− First room Shower - no space to move - water went straight out shower door and flooded the bathroom area. We had to mop up with the towels available. Requested more towels and asked to be moved to any other room. Shower was unable to be switched off properly and would have been impossible to sleep with shower running continuously in such close proximity to Sleeping area. We had to repack and move all our belongings to another room. Second room had space to spare and a working shower.
