− Walls thin... bad folks up all night... car alarm went off twice from 3am on constant noise and activity... didn't know I could call main desk, but with violence today, not know when folks could get angry.

− No closet, no closed captions for TV for deaf person, and no disability room for me due to my bad knees.

− Bed is firm and it's a little off the beaten path but it's also in a quiet area
