‏تصميم الشقة جدا مميز بالطبع الأخشاب والألوان المميزة داخل الغرفة والديكور الراقي ونظافة المكان

− ‏موقع الشقة مرتفع نسبيا من بحيرة اوزنجول من الصعب لكبار السن الوصول الشقة في الطابق الثالث ومن الصعب المشي من بحيرة إلى الشقة بسبب موقع الشقة
