10.0Friendly hosts, lovely house. Very happy to make this place my home for two nights. I would have liked a spot that wasn't the shared bathroom sink to rinse and wash out my coffee press and travel mug, and fill the room kettle. But so saying it was very reasonably priced and the continental breakfast was terrific.
