8.0The room was spacious and plenty of parking.
− The breakfast could have had more options and need to upgrade to the pancake machines. The metal bed frames made a lot of noise, there were very few towels in the bathroom, and the plumbing needed some attention. While the staff was efficient, they were not very friendly and seemed like they would rather be anyplace else than at work.

1.0Staff was pleasant. Helped me with my issue and refunded my money promptly. They even sent a text apologizing the day after I left the premises.
