1.0It was bug feee
− Im 9 months pregnant and was put on the 3rd floor ans was told that the elevator doesn't work . Also had to throw away about $45 in food because the refrigerator sisnr work ans didn't know that until last night
I wouldn’t stay there again.
4.0The location was perfect for me.
− The mattress was sagging, the tv didn’t work in the bedroom, the room smelled like smoke, there wasn’t even a box of tissues.

2.0My experience was so bad that it wasn’t anything good about it.
− The manager was very rude when I called to complain about the fact that we had to take the stairs to the third floor because the elevators hasn’t been uuworking in over three weeks, but what he said was only down for a couple of days. The owner was not trying to compensate. He was very rude. He asked me why was I calling him at such a late night after I checked in just very unpleasant I will never stay there again.
Even worse than the last stay
1.0No elevator. They expected my disabled husband to carry luggage to 2nd floor. Tried charging to cancel. Issue still not resolved.
− Their attitude.
This is a long term stay place for many not a place to say a night or two.
2.0The man at the front desk when we checked in was friendly and Max the manager was also kind and understanding. We were refunded our money and no fees.
− The lobby smelled like marijuana. I did not feel safe. People sitting outside passing around a joint and a 5th in the common area. Just not a good feeling.
