Cômodos ótimos, mas no checkout foi triste!

Tem uma vista linda do Lago Titicaca, e da Comunidade Urus. Ótimo quarto com camas grandes e confortáveis! Ótimo café da manhã!

− Infelizmente no checkout teve uma ocorrência que nos deixou triste! Disponibilizam nos quartos algumas garrafas de vidro de águas free. No nosso quarto tinham somente 2 dessas garrafas. E no checkout vieram nos cobrar a retirada do quarto de uma garrafa, alegando que eram 3 (três), nos cobrando $20 (dólares) por essa garrafa. Triste situação, pois foi algo injusto. Paguei logo, pois em outros país, não quis criar confusão. E podia ser 5 dolares ou 100 dólares, a sensaçao seria o mesmo. Então isso manchou a percepção do hotel, pois não parece ser um caso isolado.

Conforto, instalações e vista.

− Estava indo tudo bem, até chegar o último dia. Oferecem água grátis no quarto. Quando chegamos tinha duas dessas garrafas, uma na mesinha no quarto e outra no banheiro. Contudo no checkout me cobraram como se deveriam ter 3, e como se eu tivesse tirado uma e me cobraram 20 dólares por uma garrafa. Vi que é uma prática comum. Então a experiência que estava ótima, foi manchada por esta prática.

Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarized supporting documentation. According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
