10.0スタッフの方々がとても親切で、安心して滞在出来ます。室内着も作務衣で動きやすいし突然のお泊りでも安心して過ごせます。
− 良くないとはないんですが…大浴場の洗い場が３つなので、他の方とかち合った場合悩む点でしょうか？
散歩中の秋田犬と戯れられた思い出深い宿でした。
7.0フロント対応がとてもよかったです。
− 玄関を入ってそうだったのですがトイレ（排水溝）？の「匂い」が気になりました。

9.0昔ながらのホテルで、懐かしさと安心感がありました。施設は古くても、落ち着く雰囲気で泊まってよかったと思いました。
− 特にありません。 強いて言うなら、部屋のトイレのドアを空けたとき、一瞬ドブのような臭いがしましたが、古いから仕方ないのかなと思ったくらいです。
ゆっくり過ごせて快適
8.0駅前の秋田犬関連施設に近く、部屋の窓からもその施設が見えて、よかった。大風呂は五階にあり、貸し切り状態で快適。 夜食サービスのラーメンがとても美味しい。 朝食のバイキングも、美味しく、郷土料理も登場。アンケートに回答したら、ペットボトルの水をプレゼントしてくれた。
