We loved the stay and it was our first time to visit Bend.

It was clean and it was quiet. It had several different options for breakfast.

− It was a last minute decision to stay in Bend, plus a two night stay on a weekend so we knew it was going to be more expensive than we anticipated. The taxes and fees were more than we expected.

I have food allergies, and you served only items I cannot eat. (Cheap) There's a homeless camp less than a mile from the hotel at a dead end road

− After a quick shower, I was standing in nearly 3 inches of water , so a clogged drain. The WiFi never worked. The children directly above my room running and leaping through the hall/stairwell past 10pm.

Inconvenient and uncomfortable

− Bed was not comfortable. The mattress cover was too small and so we slept on wrinkles. Also the mattress sagged. Property was very difficult to access. You can’t make a left hand turn from the extremely busy highway into the property.
