− This is the first outdated Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in, and it was a very disappointing experience. The carpet in the hallway leading to our room was filthy, and the furniture in the room was worn and outdated. The bathroom sink was dusty and dirty, which made the room feel unclean overall. I was genuinely surprised to see a Holiday Inn Express in this condition. The pool area looked neglected, with old, broken tables and umbrellas that made it uninviting. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing as well. The only reason I stayed was because I wasn't sure how long it would take to receive a refund if I checked out early. Otherwise, I would have left and found another hotel. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express, and I would not recommend this location.

9.0I was super impressed by their front desk officer Allison who helped me when I was badly stuck somewhere. I needed to use printing service but was struggling. She helped me for hours to ensure that my work completes in time. I am grateful to her.
