Had to go to the hospital, but courtyard was great

4.0Only thing nice I can say is the location is close to the Davis building at the Mayo. It’s literally across the street. That’s the only reason for the two stars. The place has a not so nice smell. The carpet is gross. The whole place needs a complete gut job. I expected more from the Marriott. The second night we were put on the 3rd floor in the Care Motel. Let’s just say there is no care at the Care Motel. It’s just a room to stay the night of surgery. The name is miss leading.
Disgusting
2.0Me and my family stayed here for a week and what we seen and heard in that week would shock you. The General Manager needs to be doing investigation on some of his employees. Employees having inappropriate behavior in guest rooms shouldn't be allowed. I literally heard a front desk agent ask another employee what are you doing up here your off. She said you know I have to come and see him when I can. I was blown away, and literally he came up there meet her walked off talking about the conference room we go because there is no cameras and she was like or a guest room that is vacant. I was in shock what goes on at this hotel is like a brothel. Hopefully they will make some changes, because employees engaging in inappropriate activities at there workplace shouldn't be allowed.
