5.0− First. When I got to the Hotel the lady told my I never booked the room. Showed her where I booked it on booking .Com. and prepaid the room. She said it wasn't. So I had to pay for the room any way. My payment was sent to a place in New York. $168.00. Still haven't been able to get that money back. Had to pay another $200.00 to stay. She was very snotty to me. Stayed any way. Was put in a handy cap room. Not the room I booked on line. Shower water was cold. In room coffee was horrible. Will never stay at a Meriot hotel again.
