10.0Vista al lago insuperable, habitación amplia, baño amplio, cama exquisita, todo impecable, el personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación es muy buena también, a minutos en auto de playa Chauquen. Desayuno de primer nivel. El living ideal para leer!

10.0Me gustó todo. El lugar es muy indo, las instalaciones son cómodas, bien mantenidas y de muy buena calidad. La atención del personal fue muy agradable y con muy buena disposición.

9.0Lo que más valoramos es la vista preciosa al lago Panguipulli desde la habitación, la calidad de su personal en especial Fernanda. El hotel es muy acogedor y tiene lindos espacios para disfrutarlos.!
− Tuvimos un inconveniente en regular la temperatura del agua de la ducha, que se solucionó al día siguiente.! La piscina no es climatizada, habría sido maravilloso disfrutarla en la tarde noche con esas vistas.!
Me faltaron días para disfrutar.

9.0In the country but not far from mid-town. Beautiful view of lake and mountains. Breakfast was outstanding.
− Staff placed a family of loud and whiny kids in the room next to mine, even though there were several open rooms down the hall.
