9.0Self check in. Staff were nice. Room was big and comfortable. Kettle and fridge in room. Breakfast was adequate. WiFi was good.
− Location was a bit far from the old town and train station. Couldn't leave luggage after check out.

7.0B&B pulitissimo Condizionatore gia acceso è stato molto apprezzato Terrazza ottima giusta grandezza Purché davanti alla ferrovia, non abbiamo sentito Nessun treno.
− Materasso era molto affossato, una notte può anche andare dopo un lungo viaggio ma sicuramente per due notti sarebbe stato molto scomodo. Colazione bella da vedere ma i cereali erano vecchietti e le fette biscottate frantumate. Magari due cialde in più sarebbero state più che apprezzate.

10.0The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Francesca was a friendly host. The location was ideal for us, as we took a train- also the city center and lido were just a 10-15 minutes away from the apartment. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We check in p.m., but when we arrived we got some lovely welcome treats, including cookies, coffee, and cold mineral water- also a breakfast box :) I recommend this place: If you choose this accommodation, you'll have everything you need for a fantastic and relaxing stay!
− Breakfast box were rich and cute, also the staff was attentive (our table was always clean and prepared as well)- and I love cereals, but I think more variability could be a good idea for later times. But really, thats all what I can mention:)

− colazione minima ( 1 cornetto due feste biscottate, due dadi di marmellata ,1 capsula di caffe,) tuti prodotti confezionati , i cereali serviti in una tazza coperti da un tovagliolo. contatto assente con il gestore ( comunicazioni solo a mezzo messaggi) anche la dotazione dello shampo e bagnoschiuma era limitato a una busta a testa giornaliera
