− with the new room renovation, the floor was slanted coming out of the bathroom which caused me to stumble against the wall , the security hinge has not been installed yet, breakfast was absolutely terrible, including coffee, no scrambled eggs, cheese

3.0The place was nice and clean.
− The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The gym is very small, and there is no swimming pool. Our stay was very disappointing because of the excessive noise. The guests in the room next to ours were having a party until around 12:30–1:00 a.m. After the hotel staff asked them to lower the noise, they simply moved outside and continued talking loudly, laughing, and smoking right in front of our window. The entire hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Other guests were also watching TV at a very high volume. We reported the noise to the front desk twice, but it seemed the staff were unable to resolve the situation. As a result, we couldn't sleep well and our stay was far from relaxing. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I don't think we will be returning to this hotel.
