− La chambre sentait l'humidité et elle avait une odeur de renfermé. J'ai abaissé la température de la climatisation en augmentant la vitesse de ventilation pour déshumidifier, mais rien à faire. J'ai dû acheter un diffuseur de parfum pour au moins enlever l'odeur de renfermé.

Thankfully, I only needed the room to sleep. Otherwise, the stay would have been a complete disappointment.
6.0The location was excellent and very convenient.
− Unfortunately, almost everything else. The property is very old and in need of a complete renovation. The lighting is poor, the furnishings are outdated, and the overall condition does not match the listing or expectations.

− Je comprends que l’hôtel était plein mais j’ai l’impression d’avoir été reçue comme un chien dans un jeu de quilles. De plus le lit dans le fauteuil n’était même pas fait; on nous a donné les draps à l’accueil et on a dû faire le lit nous même. Il manquait d’oreiller. Il manquait aussi de stationnement

− Problem was with my stay , I booked room around 3 weeks before my stay, I used filters on your site, I put pet friendly. Your system gave me second floor, my fault I didn’t check that. I thought if customers chose pets friendly it’s means should be ground floor. But when I got there , staff said nothing on ground floor. It was main problem, I need walk with my dogs 3 times in a day by stairs. Second problem was with air in the room, air conditioning not good, it was stinky all the way time. I think need very deep cleaning. And on the second day of my stay we checked availability in the hotel by your system, was showing 3 rooms available on the ground floor, and 100 $ cheaper, but stuff said nothing. I’m really disappointed , we like travel and using booking all th time, but know I think change service.
