So disgusting I had to walk straight out of my room. First one of the elevators was broken and I had to wait 10 minutes to get in the elevator. Then in my room, drawers were wide open, the white bed spread was covered in stains and had cigarette burns on it! And it looked like someone had slept in the bed after it was made. almost vomited.

Long Post! Please read!Do not stay here! The room wasn’t ready at 8 o’clock. Once we got in, we realized there was only a third roll of toilet paper and my daughter got in the shower and then we realized there were no towels. Thankfully, I had brought a towel in my things, It took three trips downstairs to get a roll of toilet paper and they finally brought one towel and one washcloth. We asked the next morning for towels and they said they’d have to wash them and they would be in our room which they were not when we got back. Then I found dirty pair of underwear next to the television. Only one elevator was working. Filthy everywhere. And then the crowning blow was I got bedbugs which we didn’t realize until morning of the second day when all these red itchy started showing up and then realized there were bugs in my bed! We immediately checked out and told the woman at the desk downstairs which couldn’t have cared less and they also charged more for the dog than was advertised on comfort Inn’s website. This place is under new management and it needs to be shut down! I do not want anybody to go through what we did!! Also I spoke with two people in the elevator and they were checking out early also. I’m not sure what their reasons were!! I have stayed at this place numerous times and never had any problems until now! Run don’t walk!

I visited Comfort Inn & Suites on June 13, 2026, as part of a group traveling with student-athletes for a competition. We reserved four rooms, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Two of the four rooms had significant issues: Room 1: * The bathtub was dirty upon arrival. * Water from the shower leaked onto the carpet, causing it to become wet and soiled. * There was a strong, unpleasant odor when entering the room, which appeared to be mildew resulting from the carpet repeatedly becoming wet. * The refrigerator was not functioning. *Not Hot Water Room 2: * The air conditioning did not work. * The refrigerator contained old, foul-smelling food left behind by a previous guest. * Stained bed linens When these concerns were brought to the attention of the front desk, the response we received was unacceptable. The employee stated, “There’s nothing I can do about it. Are you staying or not?” After a long day of travel, arriving late at night, and having multiple student-athletes who needed to compete early the following morning, finding alternative accommodations was not a realistic option. We were essentially left with no choice but to remain in the rooms despite the conditions. The following morning, at approximately 6:45 a.m., our group went downstairs to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. During breakfast, a staff member stood nearby and continuously watched our group in a manner that made the athletes feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. When asked directly, “Are you watching us?” his response was, “Yes.” As paying guests, we expected clean, functional accommodations and professional, respectful customer service. Instead, we experienced unsanitary room conditions, inadequate responses to legitimate concerns, and treatment that left our group feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Worst hotel experience ever

This by far is the worst hotel in the Comfort Suites chain that I have ever stayed. Facility was dirty, many electrical/mechanical issues, and the most inept staff that i have ever dealt with. Seriously be careful

Do not bother with this hotel

We checked in around 6pm and brought all of our luggage (1st stop on a 17 day trip)( to find the air conditioner to not be working. We were offered 3 other rooms, which each was found to be unacceptable. While in the lobby we noticed to pool to be empty. It was not our first visit to this location where the pool was unavailable. Although the staff was friendly in working with us, they were less than helpfuk at times in trying to resolve our needs. This will be the last time we book a stay at this location

Dirty First Room and Cold Showers

This was probably my craziest hotel stay ever. I was originally assigned room 317. As you can see from the pictures, it in my opinion below my standards. And that’s saying a lot for me because I am not too picky about hotel rooms unless I’m traveling with a female companion. I was again traveling solo and I just couldn’t ignore the stains on the floor, handicap accessible shower/bathroom, holes in the comforter and so on. I finally decided that I didn’t feel comfortable staying in that particular room. Staff was friendly and very professional and honored my request to pack my stuff up and move into another room, room 313, I believe. I got my belongings and unpacked in the new room. I was sweaty and smelly from a very active day prior to checking in to this hotel. I was planning to take a nice hot or warm shower prior to going out to a comedy show later that evening. Lo and behold, there is absolutely no hot or even warm water in this shower. I tried various times to try to get the water to heat up but to no avail. I was heated! Unfortunately the shower with several stray hairs was not. To add insult to injury, despite having the drainage stopper pulled up, the accumulated cold water was very slow to drain and remained ankle high for some time before going all the way down. Needless to say, I had to take a cold shower before going out to my comedy show event. I visited the front desk to inform them. Again the same manager was very polite and empathetic. She offered to switch my room in the morning, but I declined because the hassle of repacking my stuff and moving into a third room was too overwhelming to fathom beyond my current level of frustration. In the morning I decided to take another cold shower before going out for my Saturday college reunion activities. I finally noticed that the wall next to the shower and bed number two had a damp rug. I noticed because my sock got wet outside of the bathroom floor. I believe there’s a leak or a poor seal somewhere between the shower and the wall between the first bed. If the hotel doesn’t look into this ASAP, they will have much bigger problems with water damage and the possibility of mold growth. This looks s just my humble advice. I can definitely overlook other things like the musty, smoky smell in the first room, as well as the “struggle meal” continental breakfast offerings. Ultimately the thing that made things tolerable was that the staff was friendly and responsive.
