− The alley it was located down closed at night. They should inform guests of this and explain there is another way to come

8.0Hotel idéalement placé, à 10 min ) pied de la gare ou du terminal des bus (juste le grand canal à traverser), et à 5 minutes des premiers canaux et ruelles typiques (San Giorgio, Dorsoduro); excellente base pour visiter venise à pied ou en voporetto, et au calme; grande chambre, lit confortable; excellent petit déjeuner; service très sympa et pro; cher mais tout est cher à Venise , encore plus en période de festival!
− Fenêtres sur toute petite cour (plus un puits de lumière) mais au calme!

8.0hotelreceptie was correct, maar weinig vriendelijk. het zaalpersoneel (bij't ontbijt) daarentegen was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam
− de vriendelijkheid van de receptionist. al was hij verder best wel correct
