Despreparo dos funcionários do hotel
3.0Hotel é limpo e bem estruturado
− Falta de educação e despreparo da equipe que trabalha no hotel. Cheguei para tomar café 20 minutos antes do fechamento… A mulher simplesmente fechou a porta na minha cara falando que não iria servir café aquela hora… Não entendí nada, pq no adesivo da porta dizia um horário, e 20 minutos antes de fechar não poderiam me servir o café da manhã? Fui indagar o recepcionista e a mulher veio atrás de mim bater boca, pq eu estava sozinho no hotel final de semana e ela não tinha obrigação… Queria ir embora pra casa no Sábado…Sou cliente Booking assíduo, utilizo demais o serviços de hotelaria… pelo menos umas 30x ao ano, e nunca tinha passado por isso…
