Everything was good and we enjoy staying in the apartment, except check in process.

The apartment is comfortable and has everything for short stay. Location is very nice, a lot of restaurants around. Apartment was clean, beds are comfortable.

− The check in process wasn’t good. We agreed to meet @15:00, but lady was late and we had to stay and wait for her.

Location. Nice kitchen, dining, living area. Nice bathroom.

− The extra charge for after 7 check in!! We thought we had planned well enough to make it by 7, but it took us over an hour from the parking --People Mover to water taxi to walking with luggage. The girl who checked us in was not very friendly or welcoming. The second bedroom is very small and no good way to plug in fan without it being right in path to bathroom..

The apartment was beautiful with great views of the canal, very quiet and had everything you could think of. Easy to walk to all parts of Venice.

− The host was great but we still had to wait an hour for her to let us in. She was busy but instead of saying she'd be right there I wish she would have been straight forward about her time frame then we could have ordered food while we waited.

It was comfortable and in a great location. It was a large apartment. The shower was large and the diffuser was a wonderful fragrance. The beds were very comfortable.
