10.0everthing from the staff to room everthing was perfect,they have maintained the building to a very high standard the staff are so friendly and helpfull

Good base for a short stay.
8.0Huge room with kitchen area, kettle, microwave, mugs, plates, bowls and glasses. Very adequate continental breakfast which was a bonus. Laundry for guests in the basement for a small charge with washing liquid supplied. Very central opposite the hospital and close to the Grenfell Centre which is also the tourist information. We ate both nights at the Lightkeeper’s Cafe at Fisher point and had excellent food with friendly staff and binoculars supplied for whale spotting! We were lucky to see an iceberg and lots of whales when we were there.
− No drawer space in the room as the area was occupied by a fold up double bed. Window blinds didn’t keep the light out and there were no curtains. Very few coat hangers but that is usual in most hotels.

10.0We loved our stay here. The suite with kitchen was very spacious--like having your own apartment for the stay. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The bed was extremely comfortable. We'd gladly stay again.
