Ratโs in gyms ceiling
1.0The gymโs ceiling was full of rats. I took a video showing it to the reception and asked politely if they could just let me early check in for free instead of paying 60% of the 1 nightโs fee and the manager said no. I asked if they could upgrade my room or even have some discount on the breakfast considering I found out about the rats and he said no. If I were the manager of a rental property especially a hotel and my clients found those in the building, Iโd pretty much let them stay for free and thank them for finding this. But no the manager didnโt appreciate it or didnโt want to spend his time apparently. A guy in the reception with long hair and glasses was pretty polite though and I appreciate his understanding and support on my early arrival. Thank you

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Please note that check-out on Saturdays is possible until 13:00 and check-in is at 16:00. The hotel does not include Shabbat elevators. The hotel does not hold a Kosher certificate.
