10.0Literally everything! The building is beautiful and the staff were very welcoming. Extremely nice room - pretty and clean and probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Just down the block from an incredible local coffee shop also.
− Paid parking is a bummer, but there is a garage right behind the hotel (more cost effective than paying for valet service).
Old hotel with a character but the staff needs to sell it more and make guests feel welcomed.

− Some minor repairs in the bathroom wouldn’t be difficult to do. Water pressure in the shower was annoyingly low. A little more information at the check in would be very helpful, especially about the parking.
