− Dirty and smelly main areas, had to wait 5 minutes to check in because computers were updating; front desk agent didn’t know how to do her job and gave us keys that didn’t work; once we got in that room it smelled like weed; went back to front desk to get a new room. That room smelled musty - but was the only one they had left. Carpet and furniture were ripped. Pillow cases had black stains on them. Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

10.0I’m going to miss this place very much! The staff is amazing! They are kind , helpful and are extremely patient. I seen people that just ripped them apart for things that had nothing to do with the hotel and after have a smile for the next guest! I don’t think I could do that and over the very very long stay I’ve seen each one capable of it, it’s crazy. I loved my room , the kitchen feels separate from the main room which is exactly what you want in just one room. And being able to cook all of my meals saved us so much money! They are also very affordable, summers are expensive no matter where you go but this one has been less in every season. When you’re having a hard day and I go downstairs and when that elevator opens there is always someone there, smiling. They will always ask if there is anything they can do and I know they are busy hard workers but even that doesn’t stop them from asking and trying to make your stay the best it could be. I have to mention a few staff that have really stand out. It’s hard because we love them all! But the manager Cameron is so kind and really cares about everyone here, seeing a boss being as kind as he is to his staff completely consistently was pretty amazing. He will go a extra mile if you need anything. And Q, I’m not even going to try to spell her name is I think the newest one and she can make you smile when your having a bad day and man she works so hard! They all do honestly!!! Shandel is a rock star! Reliable, kind and has the patience of a saint! Again some guests aren’t good, but down right mean! And I’ve seen her keep her cool keep a smile and continue to work really hard. They care about us guests, and I’ve never seen any group as great as they are. I just have one more thing to say about them, they will literally stop eating or taking a break for a guest! That is nuts to me! They just roll with what is in front of them. Thank you to everyone at this hotel, you have made my day amazing and I miss you all so much🩷
