10.0Hotel com acomodações novas e extremamente limpas, cama grande e bastante confortável. Foram disponibilizados roupões, chinelos, água com e sem gás no frigobar. O quarto tem um tamanho acima da média. Não tem café da manhã, mas existe máquina de café expresso no quarto e chaleira. O hotel fica perto da estação de trem Santa Maria Novella, em uma rua um pouco mais afastada do movimento da cidade (20 minutos de caminhada), mas acho mais agradável assim pois é mais tranquilo para descansarmos.

8.0Está en un buen sitio y cerca del centro además incluia algunos cafés y agua tanto con gas como sin gas gratis y el personal es muy simpático
