Le calme, le confort, l'emplacement pour visiter la partie est de l'île

− La piscine n'est pas chauffée et n'est pas au soleil donc elle est froide. La maison raisonne beaucoup. La terrasse n'est pas au soleil, en octobre, où on cherche la chaleur, c'est dommage.
