A fantastic stay
9.0We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pools were excellent, very clean, and maintained to a high standard. The entire resort was spotless and exceptionally well cared for. The food was tasty and offered a good variety, especially at lunch and dinner. Breakfast had a slightly more limited selection, but it was still enjoyable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated how seriously they took our children’s celiac disease. They were incredibly accommodating and happily prepared gluten-free meals according to whatever the kids requested, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
− Unfortunately, we did have one very unpleasant experience during our stay: money went missing from the safe in our room. While we cannot say exactly what happened, it was disappointing and left us feeling uneasy. We reported the incident to the hotel management and hope they will investigate it thoroughly and take the necessary steps to prevent similar situations in the future.
