Dear Ikos Andalusia Team, As our wonderful holiday has come to an end, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made our stay so truly exceptional. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality, genuine care, and constant willingness to help. We are especially grateful for all the support and kindness you showed when my wife’s luggage was delayed. Your assistance during that stressful time meant a great deal to our family. Thank you as well for the beautiful surprise of the champagne celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. It was a thoughtful gesture that made this special occasion even more memorable. We would also like to thank all of your restaurant teams for the outstanding culinary experiences. Every meal was beautifully prepared, and every restaurant exceeded our expectations. Throughout the resort, every member of staff was friendly, professional, dedicated, and always smiling despite the very high summer temperatures. Their warmth and commitment made us feel truly welcome. Thank you for the beautiful room with its stunning sea view. It made our holiday even more relaxing and unforgettable. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire VIP Relations Team and the entire Guest Relations Team, with special thanks to Yiota for the exceptional care and attention we received. A very special thank you also goes to the entire Beach Club Restaurant team, where we truly felt at home every single day. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm atmosphere made this restaurant one of the highlights of our stay. We are also deeply grateful to the housekeeping team, especially Miriam, whose excellent work and kindness were greatly appreciated throughout our stay. Finally, we would like to thank the Security Team for their professionalism and presence, which made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. Next year we are planning to visit Ikos Crete, but we are certain that we will return to Ikos Andalusia again in the future. Brilliant for a family break with little ones

We loved it. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and it made it the easiest family holiday we’ve had. Our girls are nearly 2 and nearly 4 and they loved it. We loved the flexibility of being able to order food to the room and took advantage for breakfast as well as dinner once. We had milk delivered to our mini bar daily for our little one. Our kids loved the pools, the kids club and the shows. The variety was great. And we appreciate the chilled drinks for the parents while we watch the shows. The quality and variety of food was fabulous. The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The one thing I’d change is I think they need to construct shade over the kids playground. Not only was it in full sun but the equipment has metal rivets and slides and is literally too hot to touch so we couldn’t use it. Would have been great if it was in the shade.

Fantastic mix of luxury and family friendly

It’s really difficult to find a mix of a luxury hotel with family friendly facilities but this hotel gets it spot on. Restaurants - really good quality food with a menu (or buffet options) suitable for our 15 month old. Clean high chairs with attached tray table (which I find difficult to find when I’m out). Swimming - plenty of pools. Some secluded adults only pools which would have suited us pre-baby and a fantastic family pool, shallow pool suitable for toddler and splash pad that our toddler loved. Beach - not the nicest beach to be honest but perfectly fine for building a few sand castles with our toddler. Park - little park which our toddler liked. I also noticed well kept tennis and football courts. Room - we had a room with a separate bedroom which was ideal for putting toddler to bed but without us needing to also go to bed. Room was massive and very clean. Only slight niggle was that the travel cot had quite loose sheets and our toddler would wake up wrapped in them which might be a bigger problem for a younger baby. Entertainment- we only briefly watched some of the children’s entertainment in the evening but this seemed very good. Hotel transfers - we booked hotel directly with Ikos so qualified for courtesy hotel transfers. Really smart mini bus with table, bottles of water and car seat for our toddler took us to the hotel. Staff were also extremely helpful at every interaction, including before arriving when I had emailed asking some questions and asking for help with restaurant reservations. Well worth the money and we hope to return soon.

Our Fourth Stay at Ikos – Exceptional Once Again

This was our fourth stay at Ikos and once again it exceeded every expectation. The price is a big consideration, but for me there are three reasons why it’s worth every penny. 1. The people The biggest difference at Ikos is the staff. There is a genuine warmth and authenticity about everyone who works there. A special mention has to go to Anita in Guest Relations. She went out of her way to find us a room close to the pool, which was perfect. This year my teenage daughter wanted a little more independence around the resort, and Anita found the ideal balance - close enough for me to have peace of mind while still giving my daughter some freedom. I arrived feeling exhausted after a really difficult year. I never mentioned that to Anita, but somehow she seemed to sense it. Throughout our stay she checked in to make sure everything was going well. It was such a thoughtful thing to do and I genuinely felt emotional when it was time to leave. Every member of staff deserves recognition. Sofia in the restaurant remembered us from a previous stay and helped us choose wine each evening. Andrea always welcomed us with a smile at breakfast. The housekeeping team kept our room immaculate, and the pool staff worked tirelessly in the heat while always being friendly and cheerful. 2. All-inclusive really means all-inclusive Everything genuinely is included - the minibar, premium drinks, restaurants, many sports and activities, airport transfers and more. We had a late flight home and, instead of our holiday ending at checkout, we were encouraged to carry on enjoying the resort. We had lunch, drinks and snacks, used the pool and were given a courtesy room before we left. It’s those little touches that make such a difference. 3. The quality The accommodation is beautiful and exceptionally well looked after. The rooms, pool areas and attention to detail are all outstanding. Everything feels luxurious but not pretentious in any way. We’re already talking about coming back. I’ll be starting to save for next year because, honestly, I don’t want to holiday anywhere else.

Great first time visit

Great week in June , first time at an Ikos ( unusual when talking to people ) Only booked a couple of weeks before so not much choice in rooms , not much outlook but room ok , spotless . Great service and food , poor meal at ouzo but everything else was good . Highlight were lunches at Chiringuito …. Every day ! The food and service were wonderful especially the fish and Darco (?) friendly nothing too much trouble . We will definitely go back to Ikos
