− Our room smelled like mildew and was damp feeling. Mold in shower. Bed was the hardest bed we’ve ever slept on

Overall very good experience, with a few very minor downsides. 4/5
10.0Staff was accommodating and understanding even when my party screwed up and we had to replace our room cards twice, room was very well air-conditioned in the summer heat, the pool was comfortably warm, and the TV had access to screen mirroring, so we could stream from our phones.
− The disability aid chair at the pool seems to be broken, the breakfast was quite limited and ran out a bit too fast, and there wasn't enough space for trash in the room. Otherwise, I had nothing to complain about.
