Hôtel décevant, avec un manque de propreté, une salle de bain peu fonctionnelle et un confort global
3.0La localisation de l'hôtel était parfaite, facile d'accès depuis la gare de Lyon. L'arrêt de bus est littéralement au pied de l'hôtel. Un métro se trouve à 5 minutes de marche. L’environnement autour de l’hôtel était rassurant. Ascenseur pour accéder aux étages. La chambre était très lumineuse et nous avions de la place pour entreposer nos valises ainsi qu'un porte bagage. TV à disposition avec un bureau et la literie était confortable.
− Mais nous avons été très déçues par la chambre ! C’est un vieux bâtiment avec des finitions au scotch. La salle de bain était minuscule et fermée par une porte en verre, donc aucune intimité. L’aération ne se faisait pas correctement si nous ne laissions pas la porte ouverte, mais lorsque nous l’ouvrions, nous ne pouvions plus accéder à une des seules prises de la chambre, et l’interrupteur était également bloqué. Les WC étaient collés au lavabo ; il ne fallait pas être large ou grand, sinon on se cognait dedans. Du point de vue de l’hygiène, ce n’était pas satisfaisant. La porte de la salle de bain présentait des traces. Il y avait une rose sur le papier toilette en guise de décoration, mais un gros poil pubien y était collé. De même, un long cheveu se trouvait sur nos serviettes de bain. La brosse à toilettes était vraiment sale, avec des traces d’excréments et des résidus à l’intérieur, et presque plus de poils (à ce stade il faut la changer). Nous avons un doute sur l'état du rideau de douche également... Il faisait chaud cette semaine là surtout dans la chambre. Heureusement il n’y avait pas de canicule, l'hôtel avait gentiment mis à disposition un petit ventilateur, mais celui-ci était bruyant et ne brassait presque pas d’air. Nous avions également une bouilloire mais sans thé ni café proposés. Nous avons été très déçues et ne recommandons pas cet hôtel, surtout en couple, car cela ruinerait un séjour idyllique. Nous étions dans la chambre la plus proche de l’ascenseur, donc nous entendions celui-ci monter et descendre. De même, des travaux dans l’immeuble ou autour commençaient tôt le matin. Nous ne sommes pas exigeantes de nature, mais l’ensemble de ces détails nous empêche de recommander cet hôtel pour le rapport qualité-prix.

− No aircondition, just an inadequate fan. The room in the picture of my redervation did not match the one I was given (1double bed instead of 2 singles).

− Weird having to put the kettle on the floor to boil it, there was no fridge and no milk/lait for our tea and no tea or coffee. And weirdly no shower curtain.
