While the staff was very pleasant, for the cost that doesn’t excuse the property’s appearance.
4.0The staff was very friendly and breakfast was an added bonus.
− The property needs a remodel very badly, smelled of mildew all over, our room sliding door was not attached to drywall, there was a hole to the outside patio. Our door to our room looked like it was hanging on by a thread.

10.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Amazing Cocktails! If you are staying at or visiting the Sheraton Tampa, you absolutely have to stop by the bar and look for John and Stefany. They are hands down the best bartenders in the area! From the moment we sat down, their energy and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. Not only are they incredibly friendly and attentive, but their mixology skills are next-level. Every single cocktail they made for us was perfectly balanced, fresh, and delicious. John and Stefany truly elevate the guest experience at this hotel. Thank you both for the fantastic service—we will definitely be back!
