5.0スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でした。 食事は美味しかったです。
− 入り口が急な階段で、キャリーバッグを持って上がるのがとても大変でした。足の悪い人はどうするのだろう…別の入り口があるのでしょうか？ 内風呂も貸切風呂も全部予約制のような形で、順番に入るシステムはとても不便。 貸切風呂は前に入っていた人の汚れ？だったのかお湯が気になりました。

− 더운 날씨인데도 에어컨이 가동되지 않음. 건물에 엘리베이터가 없어 무거운 짐을 들고 객실까지 계단을 사용해야함.

− Not everyone was fluent in English but it was good enough.

10.0The staff members were accommodating, warm, kind and helpful. The receptionist told me a better and cheaper way to commute after checkout. Buses are infrequent and the staff could suggest a good itinerary. A better one than what is available online. food was good. The private onsens were the highlight. You should try it especially if, like me, your main reason for visiting the area is hiking.

9.0Le côté désuet de l'hôtel lui donne un vrai charme. Les onsens sont très agréables et le dîner traditionnel est excellent. Le personnel est très serviables.
