− There were bats inside our chalet and there was no communication prior notifying of this point. We were told game drive was at 9am only to get numerous knocks at our door at 8:30am rushing us for the drive even though the vehicle was right outside our door and we were still within time. As we were going for game drive the vehicle stopped at a cemetery (as seen in picture) with no prior communication regarding this or our comfortability or religious stance. No English names could be provided for the animals we kept seeing. Honestly underwhelming and disappointing

Didn't eat a breakfast there, they said I didn't pay for it. I would have loved to have it.

− Cleanliness of the room, the lady who was supposed to clean the room didn't do it.
