Never again! Baymont not to our interest!
7.0Easy to find, gentleman at the front desk was courteous and nice. Asked for a $50.00 dollar for room! We had already paid for the room! The price we paid for one night not worth it.
− Not clean the smell when you go into the room! At check out waited st front desk for someone to come to desk.. Not once did they ask if our stay was good!

2.0Didn’t eat breakfast. Location was not far from the interstate.
− The beds were hard and uncomfortable. For the price that I paid, I expected more. Friday night I didn’t get any sleep at all. I don’t know whether there was construction going on in the hotel are what but someone knocked on the wall and floor all night. Also, we had to beg and plead for towels.

4.0This location needs more attention to detail. Our room when initially going into it smelled heavily sprayed. It smelled great so I didn’t mind. However, as the day went on and the scent wore off, I understood why so much scent/freshener was sprayed. There was a very clear smell of pet urine in the room. Which would make sense because the floors have not been carpet cleaned in who knows how long. My kids put on new socks and walked around the room simply to get ready during the morning and the bottoms of their white socks were BROWN. I don’t expect perfection but to have clean white socks turn filthy in less than 30 minutes means it absolutely has not been carpet cleaned in quite some time. Behind the toilet seat had hair and yellow residue so it was not deep cleaned. Whoever oversees this location and the manager are absolutely dripping the ball. Outside of that, the employees were wonderful. Breakfast each morning was warm and fresh and consistently refilled. They provided spare towels when asked and were quick.
