9.0I like the beds. I also like the free breakfast.
I wouldn’t mind staying here again.
8.0The room its self was very clean, comfortable, and had the essentials.
− The only two complaints I had was that at night the people hanging outside the hotel made me feel uncomfortable coming in and out the hotel. I’m not sure if there were homeless, but definitely have an uneasy vibe. The other thing was the cleaning staff, I try to understand as much as possible why the person would feel upset, but do not assume I cannot understand what you are saying. They were talking about how inconvenient our stay was to them because we brought our pet with us. A little advice would be to be aware of your guest and to keep the trash talking private or in a lower voice. Doing it right outside the door isn’t the best idea. Aside from them, the rest of the staff was amazing!
