1.0− From my family who stayed over the weekend: I have never stayed at a hotel like this before. When we first arrived and entered Room 315, there was a strong odor that smelled like sewage or feces. We tried using air freshener, but it did not help at all. The entire property appears to be in desperate need of updates and renovations. We decided to visit the pool, only to find ants all around the pool area. They were crawling on my legs and feet, and the pool water itself looked dirty and uninviting, so I chose not to get in. To make matters worse, we had driven five hours to get to this hotel, expecting a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, many of the guests appeared to be under the influence of drugs, and there were unpleasant odors in the hallways and common areas. We later learned that the hotel was not very busy during our stay, which made us question the overall condition and management of the property. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel should seriously consider closing temporarily for extensive remodeling and improvements. I am extremely disappointed with our stay and truly wish I could receive a full refund.
An absolute dream
10.0The front desk staff is always so courteous and so professional. The housekeeping always make sure everything smells good and looks good. It's always very quiet and easy to rest after a long day. We had to stay here due to homeless reasons and will be leaving soon but if I could stay here permanently I would in a heartbeat.
− The only thing I would suggest is maybe adding some instant packs of grits to the breakfast other than that no complaints
