Localização, organização, checkin e checkout.

− Falta de guarda-roupa no quarto de casal, ausência de cobertores adicionais, sofá-cama na cozinha pouco confortável e base de duche demasiado apertada, o que faz com que a água se acumule, deixando o chão encharcado.

− Quando chegamos o cheiro de cigarro estava forte, a iluminação do banheiro queimada, iluminação do quarto piscando, box com pouca evasão de água, cobertor do armário sujo e fedendo, almofadas fedendo, colcha do sofá fedendo e cortinas e os panos das mesas de cabeceira sujos .
