Really bad
2.0From walking in the front door, I knew it was bad. They’re under some type of construction and getting a building order when you walk init’s plastic everywhere downstairs downstairs after making my way through all that I got to my room and I was so disappointed my main light didn’t work. The shower has some type of white bondage tape by the drain. This is orange substance in the shower. The bed was terrible super wobbly fell into it sunk in chipped paint everywhere smells like painting the entire hotel motel the front desk. Lady said they serve breakfast the way the hotel looks I wouldn’t eat their breakfast.

10.0I have been here for 3 weeks so far and everything has been perfect. Rooms are clean and close to everything you need. The staff is excellent. Jeanne has went above and beyond to make my stay here perfect. If I had any problems she was quick to resolve them.i will definitely recommend staying here and I will stay here again.

− Customer service was not the best, upon arrival at the hotel during check-in the person who I believe was the hotel manager totally ignored our arrival and was doing something with her employee on the computer. The employee a young lady was the person who acknowledged my arrival and apologized for the inconvenience and said she'd be with me in a few minutes but the manager didn't care to do that, she even gave me a bad look. My family and I will not be staying at that hotel ever again. The manager is an elder
