2.0room was filthy, run down, cracked bathtub, thought it would have been restored alot better. No air conditioning. stains on carpet. Will never use Booking.com again and will not rcommend it to anyone. Paid for 2 nights but had to leave after the first night,

10.0I really liked the fact that when we had gotten to our rooms that it was very neat, well maintained, and very clean. I also like that everything was well organized and so put together, I don't think there was anything that I didn't like when staying at the Queen Mary.

− Catering facilities - the Midship Marketplace is worse than a middle school cafeteria and woefully understaffed. Should be shut down.
