This was pretty good for the money, but I probably would not come again. It was too loud and dirty.
7.0The pool would have been awesome if it was cleaner! My room was SO LOUD!! It was very hard to sleep here.

Communication is awful! Very disappointed!
1.0The pool is nice. Good pressure in the shower. Most of the staff is nice. Pillows are comfy. Breakfast is amazing!
− Their communication skills are awful! Bed isn’t very comfortable. What got me and what really needs addressed is due to communication not being great we had two men come in on my daughter and myself. They was there to gather trash or something. We had paid for an extra night due to weather and no one was informed. They knocked once and used a key to open the door! What if we would have been getting dressed.. Exp my 14 year old daughter! I’m very upset over their poor communication skills. Even the two maintenance men (that’s who the men were) agreed with the lack of communication and was very sorry. I understand things happen but that could have been really bad and I’m very angry over it.

Don’t stay here it’s a garbage dump
1.0The place was a dump. The hallway carpeting hasn’t been cleaned in such a long time stains everywhere the smell. I’m so sorry I booked this place. I paid for it in advance. I’ll never stay there again. At 5:30 AM construction was going on somewhere dumpsters being crashed, nobody advised us. The lobby was sloppy. Everything was just a bad shape.

5.0Beds were soft, room was in a good spot
− Children running up and down the hallways late at night, bathtub didn't drain well, amenities were not replaced, such as the shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Toilet tank was cracked. No fridge.
